Steps to Renew Your Passport

1. You will be required to book a return flight to South Africa (We can arrange this for you).
2. Our agent will collect you from the (OR Tambo) airport on your arrival.
3. Our agent will take you to Home Affairs in Pretoria and guide you through the process.
4. Should you require a Smart ID Card, this can be applied for at the same time.
5. Once the application process has been completed, our agent will return you to the airport.
6. Closer to the time, you will be required to print, sign, scan, and email a letter of instruction (the agent will send it to you) in order for our agent to collect on your behalf. This letter will have to be attested by the Embassy / Consulate near you as proof that you are not in South Africa and cannot collect the passport yourself.
7. Our agent will collect your passport for you and courier it to the required destination.
